Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all orders placed on the RunLab online store, available at runlab.ch. Every order implies the customer's full acceptance of these T&Cs. RunLab reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; the applicable T&Cs are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.

2. Products

RunLab offers items dedicated to running (shoes, apparel, accessories). Product photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance and as accurately as possible, without engaging RunLab' liability in the event of minor differences in appearance or colour. Offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included, with Swiss VAT of 8.1 % included. Any delivery charges are shown separately before the order is confirmed. RunLab reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Orders

An order is deemed firm and final once the basket has been confirmed, these T&Cs accepted and payment confirmed. A summary email is sent to the customer. RunLab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.

5. Payment

Payment is made online and securely via the provider Stripe. The accepted payment methods are those offered at the time of payment (in particular credit and debit cards). Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored by RunLab. The order is only processed once payment has been effectively confirmed.

6. Delivery

Delivery is provided within Switzerland only. Delivery charges are as follows:

  • Free for purchases of CHF 79.90 or more;
  • CHF 9.50 for any order below CHF 79.90.

Delivery times are indicative and do not engage RunLab' liability in the event of a delay attributable to the carrier. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods.

7. Return policy: 14 days

You have 14 days to return your item. To be accepted, a return must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • the item must be unworn, in as-new condition;
  • the item must be returned in its complete original box, with its tags;
  • the return is at the customer's expense;
  • the 14-day period starts from receipt of the order.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund is processed within approximately 14 days to the original payment method. Items that are worn, damaged, incomplete or returned without their original packaging may be refused or only partially refunded.

8. Warranty

Products benefit from the statutory warranty for defects (Art. 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations). This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.

9. Liability

RunLab cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the products or any unavailability of the website, within the limits permitted by Swiss law.

10. Data protection

The customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable Swiss legislation (revised FADP) and the RunLab privacy policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the store operator, subject to mandatory provisions in favour of consumers.
